ADD A NOTE
PREPARATION
Peel hard-boiled eggs from shells, chop into cubes on a wooden board, put in a bowl.
Put the broccoli in boiling water (florets up) and cook for about 4 minutes. Strain and pour cold water. Drain, dry and chop on a wooden board, add to the eggs.
Peel and dice the onion. Fry in a pan in olive oil, transfer to a bowl with ingredients.
Dried ham or bacon, cut into cubes and fry in the pan, stirring constantly until browned. You just need to cut the ordinary ham into cubes.
Transfer to a bowl with ingredients, add grated cheese, mustard, raw eggs and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a plate, take a portion of the mass in your hands, shape the chop and coat in the bread roll. Put on a plate and repeat with the rest of the mass.
Heat the fat in a frying pan, arrange the chops and fry on medium heat until golden brown for about 4 minutes. Turn over and repeat frying.
