PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 220 ° C . Clarify the butter (heat in a saucepan, collect and remove the foam).
Add eggs to the blender (standing, with a cup), add milk, flour and sugar.
Put a skillet or other skillet on the burner that can be put into the oven (diameter approx. 20 cm). You can also use an ovenproof dish or baking tray - instead of heating it on a fire, you can preheat it in the oven.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat and spread 2 tablespoons of clarified butter on it. If we heat the dish in the oven - grease the bottom with butter.
Blend the ingredients from the blender briefly (4 seconds) into a homogeneous mass and pour into the pan or into the dish in the oven.
Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes until the pancake grows in places and is well browned and crispy. In the meantime, prepare strawberries (wash, cut).
Remove the dish from the oven, lay out the fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Place the homogenised cheese in places, cut into portions.
